At RYSE Supplements, we stand by the quality of our products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and was purchased directly from our official website within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
